Shipping for framed or larger paintings requires a personalized quote, as costs vary by size, weight, and destination. Shipping UK and Ireland
I offer free shipping in the UK and Ireland on all paintings, prints and cards. I can also discuss a home delivery on larger paintings on the island of Ireland. Sending to Ireland there is no custom duty to pay upon receipt.
Under the Windsor Framework, Northern Ireland is aligned with EU single market rules for goods, (unlike England, Scotland and Wales), so there is no custom duty to pay upon receipt. Please note: On a very large framed paintings, (over a metre), I reserve the right to contact the customer and reach a shared cost solution or offer a full refund.
Europe shipping
Can you ship to Europe?
Yes, I can ship to EU countries. Before you buy, please message me with your details and the piece you would like and I can give you the best shipping options. I will get back with a shipping cost in 24 hours of your message and can reserve the art for you, until you have decided if you are going to buy.
There is no custom duty to pay upon receipt to all EU countries. Under the Windsor Framework, Northern ireland remains aligned with EU single market rules for goods, (unlike England, Scotland and Wales), so there is no custom duty.
Overseas shipments (outside the UK) may be subject to import duties and taxes according to the laws of the destination country. Any additional charges are at the customer’s expense. I have no control over these charges and accept no responsibility for these.
Dispatch And Delivery Times
UK - I aim to deliver within 2-3 working days, for larger framed paintings but please allow 3-5 working days.
Ireland - I aim to deliver within 3-5 working days, for larger framed paintings please allow 5-7 working days.
Elsewhere - Aim to deliver within 7-10 working days subject to custom clearance.
Northern Ireland deliveries can often be hand delivered.
Refunds
I want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Please email me directly at heatherbyrneart@gmail.com, I will refund the full price of the product, up to 7 days of receipt, once the work has been returned safely to me using the same courier service that you receive the work. Return shipping is not included unless the item was delivered to you in error or the item is damaged in some way.
